A real-estate agency lives on two things: closing deals and replying in time. The paperwork on every contract eats hours, and enquiries come in right when you're showing a flat. So I started by sitting with one agency and building two tools with them, not for them.
Two tools real agencies already use
Each tool grew from a concrete problem a professional in the sector described to me. We refined it on their day-to-day until it genuinely saved them time.
Rental contracts in minutes
You give it the details of the deal and the tool returns the contract ready for you to review. What used to be an afternoon of templates and copy-paste now takes minutes, with your clauses and your way of working. A Spanish agency uses it for all its rentals.
24/7 WhatsApp assistant
It answers your clients about availability, viewings or requirements at any hour, including when you're showing a flat or away from the office. Miss the call and you lose the client; the assistant keeps the conversation going until you can step in. And it always says it's an AI.
How we work together
The process is the same one that worked with the first agency. I sit down with you and we start from your reality, not from a fixed template.
First I understand your day
We talk through how you handle contracts and enquiries today, where your time goes, and what makes you lose clients. I don't invent problems that don't exist.
We build the tool with you
We put together a version shaped around how you work, with your clauses and your tone, and we tune it on real cases of yours until it serves you without a fight.
It goes live and we keep refining it
You start using it in your daily work and we polish it as things come up. Once it works in one agency, I can offer it to the rest of the sector.
Your data stays in Europe
I work on Google Vertex AI (Gemini), with everything hosted in Europe and no OpenAI. I don't train any model on your data or your clients' data, and we have the data-processing agreements (DPAs) signed in line with the GDPR. It matters: 27% of Spanish SMEs consider a European technology provider essential when investing in AI (YouGov for IONOS, surveying 514 Spanish SMEs, January-March 2026). And from 2 August 2026, Article 50 of the EU AI Act requires an assistant to state that it's an AI, which ours already does.
What's already happening
Two real cases, two sectors. A Spanish agency uses the rental-contract tool in its daily work. And the WhatsApp assistant that began for a locksmith is now reused by a Swiss real-estate agency to answer its clients: the same tool moving across trade and country without starting over.

Is the contract the tool generates valid?
The tool drafts the contract with your clauses and the deal's details, and returns it ready for you to review and sign. You stay in control: you always review before signing, just as you would with any draft from your agency.
Can the WhatsApp assistant book viewings or does it only inform?
We adapt it to what you need. It can handle the most common enquiries (availability, requirements, schedules) and leave the conversation ready for you to step in when it's time to close. We set this during the build phase, based on how you work.
What happens to my clients' data?
It's processed in Europe on Google Vertex AI, we don't use OpenAI, and we don't train any model on it. We sign the data-processing agreement in line with the GDPR before we start.
Do I have to change my software or how I work?
We don't start from the technology, we start from how you work today. The tool adapts to your clauses and your workflow, not the other way around. First I sit down with you to understand it.
