Privacy and legal notice

Your data, clear and in Europe.

This page explains, in plain language, what data we process and how we look after it.

Controller and owner

The data controller and owner of this site is Gaspar García Sánchis (NIF 44946948H), operating under the TecnifAI brand, with registered address at Calle Palleter nº 13, 46008 Valencia, Spain. You can reach us any time at gaspar.garcia@fixender.com.

What data we process and why

When you contact us on WhatsApp, by email or through the website, we process the data you give us (name, phone, email and what you tell us about your business) to reply, prepare a proposal and, if we move forward, deliver the service. In the public assistant demo, the messages you type are processed for the sole purpose of generating the reply. When you submit the contact form we also record your IP address, for security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent when you contact us and to take pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as our relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the time needed to meet applicable legal obligations. You can request its deletion at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it for commercial purposes. We rely on providers acting as data processors, with processing carried out in the European Union: Google Cloud / Vertex AI (AI infrastructure), Vercel (website hosting) and Meta Platforms Ireland (WhatsApp channel). We do not train any AI model on your data or your customers’ data. Messages from the contact form are processed on a server located in the European Union (Frankfurt) and delivered to us by email through our mail provider, without being transferred outside the EU.

Artificial intelligence and transparency

Our assistants identify themselves as artificial intelligence at the start of every conversation, in line with the European Artificial Intelligence Act. Each assistant is limited to the information and functions of its own trade.

“Build your agent” demo

In the demo at tecnifai.com/crea you enter a website URL and our system reads up to ~25 public pages of that site to generate, with Google Vertex AI (Europe region), an assistant that answers only from that content. It is an informational and experimental service, with no contractual value, and its results may contain errors. Building the agent is ephemeral: no account is created and nothing is stored permanently, and the session uses a temporary signed token, with no tracking cookies (only if you choose to save the agent do we retain data; see “Saved agents” below). We only access publicly accessible pages, identify ourselves as “TecnifAIBot” and respect the site’s robots.txt. By using the tool you declare that the website is yours or under your management, or that you have a legitimate interest in requesting its analysis; any personal data that may appear on third-party pages is processed under legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), limited to the minimum necessary and not retained. The interface has a messaging-style design for demonstration purposes only and has no relationship or affiliation with Meta or WhatsApp. Service not intended for users under 16.

Saved agents

If on tecnifai.com/crea you click “Save & email me the link”, we store the agent so we can give you a durable chat link: the public text read from the site, the generated business profile and your email address. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give explicitly before saving. Retention: the agent is automatically deleted after a maximum of 90 days of inactivity (each conversation resets the clock). The link you receive is the access credential: anyone who has it can chat with the agent and delete it, so don't share it. You can delete the agent at any time by opening it and clicking “Delete this agent”, or by writing to us. Your email is also shared with the controller as a commercial contact so we can follow up; the internal notification containing it is kept under our email policy. If the stored content contains third-party personal data and you want it removed, write to gaspar.garcia@fixender.com with the website and we will remove it.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to gaspar.garcia@fixender.com. If you consider it necessary, you may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, privacy-friendly analytics that do not set tracking cookies and do not identify you personally.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or in the law. The date of the last update appears at the bottom of this page.
