Controller and owner

What data we process and why
When you contact us on WhatsApp, by email or through the website, we process the data you give us (name, phone, email and what you tell us about your business) to reply, prepare a proposal and, if we move forward, deliver the service. In the public assistant demo, the messages you type are processed for the sole purpose of generating the reply.
Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent when you contact us and to take pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as our relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the time needed to meet applicable legal obligations. You can request its deletion at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or share it for commercial purposes. We rely on providers acting as data processors, with processing carried out in the European Union: Google Cloud / Vertex AI (AI infrastructure), Vercel (website hosting) and Meta Platforms Ireland (WhatsApp channel). We do not train any AI model on your data or your customers’ data. Messages from the contact form are processed on a server located in the European Union (Frankfurt) and delivered to us by email through our mail provider, without being transferred outside the EU.
Artificial intelligence and transparency
Our assistants identify themselves as artificial intelligence at the start of every conversation, in line with the European Artificial Intelligence Act. Each assistant is limited to the information and functions of its own trade.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to gaspar.garcia@fixender.com. If you consider it necessary, you may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly web analytics that do not set tracking cookies and do not identify you personally.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or in the law. The date of the last update appears at the bottom of this page.
